Invoices that line up with the claim
Hours are the job charge divided by your agreed rate: a $100 clean at $50 an hour is invoiced as 2 hours at $50. Each invoice shows the date of service, the support item code and the participant’s NDIS number, and is GST-free.

Does CleaningCentral make my business NDIS-registered?
No. Registration and meeting the NDIS Practice Standards are your responsibility. CleaningCentral keeps your records organised; it does not check or certify compliance.
Which participants does it suit?
Plan-managed and self-managed participants, where you invoice the plan manager or the participant (or their nominee) directly. CleaningCentral does not lodge claims for NDIA-managed participants in the NDIS portal.
How are the hours worked out?
From the job charge and the hourly rate you agree with the participant, which must be at or below the current NDIS price limit. The office checks them before the invoice is sent.
Is this available outside Australia?
No. NDIS details are an Australian feature only.
Can I bring my client list across?
Yes. Download the import templates, fill them from your spreadsheet or old system, check the preview and approve it. Clients, properties, team members and services can be imported.
Is there a charge per cleaner?
No. One plan covers your whole team, with no per-cleaner charge for the core system.
