Yes. A one-off change applies to that visit only; the recurring pattern stays as it was.

Do my clients need to install an app?

No. The client portal opens in any web browser.

Can I bring my client list across?

Yes. Download the import templates, fill them from your spreadsheet or old system, check the preview and approve it. Clients, properties, team members and services can be imported.

Is there a charge per cleaner?

No. One plan covers your whole team, with no per-cleaner charge for the core system.
