How trials, recurring subscriptions, optional usage, failed payments, cancellation and refunds work.
Effective date: 2 November 2026 · HOSTAL PTY LTD · ABN 58 693 993 501 · contact@cleaningcentral.net
1. Day-one regional availability
The complete core subscription is available for self-service in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and supported Eurozone countries. The checkout uses the exact business and billing country and shows the binding currency, tax and total before payment. New Zealand and countries not listed in checkout remain controlled rollouts.
2. New 14-day trial
Where offered, a new cardless trial in a supported launch country begins when the verified account owner confirms activation and lasts exactly 14 days. The account shows the exact local and UTC deadline. Existing accepted trial records keep their original deadline; this policy does not extend or shorten them.
The trial is an internal evaluation environment. Customer email, SMS, payments, external integrations, website publication and provider-side writes remain disabled. Platform account verification, password reset, security, billing and trial notices are not customer messaging features and may still be delivered.
No payment card is required and no automatic charge occurs during a cardless trial. At expiry, the operational workspace enters a 30-day recovery period. For trials accepted on or after 2 November 2026, the workspace is frozen rather than locked during those 30 days: the owner can sign in, view and export the workspace records, while creating, sending and taking payments stay paused. Trials accepted before then keep the locked recovery period they accepted. The owner may access account and billing controls and subscribe to restore full access to the same workspace. If the account does not convert, deletion begins on day 45 after activation, subject to the displayed warnings, legal holds and backup-retention process.
3. Core subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each monthly period and renew monthly until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are charged in advance for the full annual term and renew annually until cancelled. Any annual saving is shown against twelve monthly payments before purchase.
An upgrade, downgrade or plan change must show the effective date, proration, credit, amount due, tax and new recurring amount before the owner confirms it.
4. Optional products and usage
SMS packs, email sending, storage blocks, websites and other released add-ons are separate from the core subscription unless the order says they are included. They are not activated by a free trial. After payment, the product screen must still show the unit, included allowance, price, currency, tax and any expiry.
An automatic top-up or post-paid overage is charged only after the owner grants authority and sets any required spending cap. We may pause additional sending when authority, credit or the spending cap is insufficient. A provider’s acceptance is not proof that a message was delivered.
5. Website and marketing terms
A website or marketing package may have a 12- or 24-month minimum term where shown in the accepted order. The order must state included pages, template level, setup, hosting, maintenance, permitted edits, domain responsibility and any early termination amount before acceptance. After the minimum term, continuing hosting and maintenance renew on the frequency shown in the order until cancelled.
No website build fee, term or feature is binding merely because it appeared in a prototype or old price list. The accepted checkout or signed order controls.
6. Taxes and currency
Australian prices exclude or include GST as expressly labelled. US sales tax, UK VAT, EU VAT, New Zealand GST and other taxes are calculated or handled according to the billing country, customer status and applicable law. The Customer must provide accurate billing and tax information.
7. Payment authority and receipts
By confirming a paid order, the account owner authorises the displayed charge and recurring renewals. Stripe or another disclosed payment provider securely processes the payment. CleaningCentral does not store complete card numbers. Receipts and invoices are made available electronically.
8. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry through the payment provider and notify the account owner. The account receives a reasonable opportunity to update payment details. While overdue, chargeable actions may pause and the workspace may become read-only before full lockout. The exact state and remedy are shown in the account.
Access is restored after payment and entitlement status are confirmed. We do not ask customers to send card details through email, chat or support notes.
9. Cancellation
The verified owner can cancel through subscription settings or by contacting support when self-service cancellation is unavailable. A monthly or annual core cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid term. A fixed-term website or other add-on follows the accepted order and any mandatory cancellation right.
The cancellation flow must display the effective date, remaining obligations and data export or deletion schedule before confirmation.
10. Refunds and billing disputes
Charges are generally non-refundable for change of mind to the extent permitted by law. We correct duplicate, unauthorised or incorrectly calculated charges after verification. Mandatory rights to refund, repair, re-performance, price reduction or cancellation remain unaffected.
Report a billing problem promptly to contact@cleaningcentral.net and identify the invoice or transaction without sending complete payment-card details. A card or payment dispute does not automatically cancel a subscription; use the cancellation process as well.
11. Regional consumer protections
Australian Consumer Law and unfair-contract rules apply where legally applicable. New Zealand customers retain applicable rights under the Fair Trading Act, Consumer Guarantees Act and other mandatory law. US customers retain applicable federal and state rights, including required renewal and cancellation disclosures. UK customers retain applicable consumer and subscription rights. EU consumers retain applicable pre-contract information, withdrawal and digital-service remedies. Nothing in this policy contracts out of a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
