1. How to read this notice
A subprocessor handles personal data for CleaningCentral to operate the service. A customer-controlled provider processes information only when the Customer enables that connection or product. Availability, account ownership and processing location can vary by region and order.
2. Core platform providers
Hostinger — infrastructure, hosting, networking, backups and managed platform services for deployed CleaningCentral environments.
Amazon Web Services, including Amazon SES — email delivery and related cloud services where activated.
Stripe — subscription checkout, payment processing, invoices, tax-supporting information and billing portal services.
Operational monitoring, security and support providers approved for the deployed environment — diagnostics and customer support with access limited to the service performed.
3. Customer-enabled providers
Amazon SES — CleaningCentral-managed operational email and customer-owned marketing-domain authentication without mailbox access.
Twilio or another disclosed messaging provider — SMS numbers, delivery and messaging records.
Xero — accounting, invoicing and, for entitled Australian customers, approved workforce or payroll-preparation exports.
Google services — mapping, address or routing functions configured for the workspace.
Meta — lead or messaging connections enabled by the Customer.
Domain registrars, DNS and website tools — customer marketing-domain authentication, website routing, certificates, hosting and analytics selected for an activated product.
4. AI providers
AI products are not part of the initial CleaningCentral launch catalogue. No AI provider should receive customer workspace content under an AI add-on until the product, provider, purpose, regional terms, metering and customer controls are released and this notice is updated.
5. Locations and transfers
Providers may operate from Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and other locations disclosed by that provider. CleaningCentral uses the regional and contractual safeguards described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. The Customer’s direct provider account may be governed by the location and terms the Customer selects.
6. Changes and objections
We update this notice before appointing a material new subprocessor where required. A Customer may send a reasonable data-protection objection to contact@cleaningcentral.net. An objection must explain the specific risk so the parties can assess a safeguard, alternative or termination of the affected feature.
