LEGAL
What CleaningCentral stores on a browser or device, why it is used and how visitors can control optional technologies.
Effective date: 2 November 2026 · HOSTAL PTY LTD · ABN 58 693 993 501 · contact@cleaningcentral.netThis policy applies to cleaningcentral.net and CleaningCentral web applications. “Cookies” includes browser cookies, local storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies that store or read information on a device.
We use technologies required for sign-in, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, saved privacy choices and core product operation. These cannot be switched off through a consent panel because the requested service would not work correctly without them. They should not be used for unrelated advertising.
Preference storage may remember choices such as region, display settings and workflow state. Where the law requires consent for a non-essential preference, it remains off until consent is recorded.
Optional measurement may help us understand page use, performance, errors and conversion. In the UK and EEA, non-essential measurement is disabled until valid consent unless a narrow legal exemption applies. Elsewhere, available opt-out rights and browser signals are honoured as required. We minimise collected data and do not use customer workspace content for website advertising analytics.
Advertising or cross-site tracking technologies are not required to use CleaningCentral. If introduced, they must be identified in the consent panel and remain disabled where prior consent is required. If a US law treats a technology as sale, sharing or targeted advertising, applicable opt-out rights and recognised preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where required, will be honoured.
A website created for a CleaningCentral customer is controlled by that customer. The customer must configure an accurate notice and consent choices for its own analytics, embedded media, advertising and forms. CleaningCentral’s platform policy does not replace that customer’s notice.
Session technologies expire when the session ends or shortly afterwards. Persistent technologies remain only for the period needed for their stated purpose. The live consent panel or cookie settings screen must identify each active non-essential provider, purpose and duration. We do not list inactive or planned tools as though they are operating.
Use “Cookie settings” to accept, reject or change optional categories. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Browser controls can delete or block stored data, although blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in. Privacy requests may be sent to contact@cleaningcentral.net.
UK visitors are protected by UK GDPR and PECR. EEA visitors are protected by EU GDPR and applicable national electronic-communications rules. Australian and New Zealand visitors receive the transparency and direct-marketing protections applicable to them. US residents receive applicable state privacy choices. When requirements differ, we apply the rule required for the visitor and technology.
